    By registering for The Book Blueprint Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a clear, safe, and productive experience for all participants.

     

    1. Program Overview

    There's a Book in You is a 3-day adult writing intensive consisting of 2-hour sessions each day. This workshop provides guidance, tools, and resources to assist participants in developing and beginning their book-writing journey.

    Participation requires:

    • A personal laptop or computer
    • Access to Canva (free or paid version)
    • Reliable internet connection (if applicable)
     

    2. Payment & Enrollment Policy

    • Full payment of tuition is required to secure your seat in the workshop.
    • Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received.
    • Seats are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
     

    3. Refund Policy

    • All payments are non-refundable.
    • If you are unable to attend, you may:
      • Transfer your seat to another individual (must notify in writing prior to the start date), OR
      • Request to apply your payment toward a future session (subject to availability and approval).
    • No refunds or credits will be issued for:
      • Missed sessions
      • Late arrival or early departure
      • Failure to participate
     

    4. No Guarantee of Results

    While this workshop provides proven strategies, tools, and guidance, results will vary.

    By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • There is no guarantee that you will complete your book during the workshop.
    • There is no guarantee that your book will be published, sold, or generate income.
    • Your success depends on your personal effort, consistency, creativity, and execution beyond the workshop.
     

    5. Liability Waiver

    By participating in this workshop, you agree to release and hold harmless the facilitator, organizers, and affiliates from any and all liability.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Loss, damage, or theft of personal property
    • Technical issues, including software or internet disruptions
    • Any indirect or direct damages resulting from the use of workshop materials or advice

    You agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

     

    6. Intellectual Property

    • All materials provided during the workshop (templates, workbooks, presentations, strategies) are the intellectual property of the facilitator.
    • Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

    Participants retain full ownership of their own written content and book ideas.

     

    7. Media Release

    By attending the workshop, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be used in:

    • Photos
    • Video recordings
    • Marketing materials
    • Social media promotions

    These materials may be used without compensation or additional approval.

    If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, you must submit a written request prior to the workshop start date.

     

    8. Code of Conduct

    To maintain a professional and respectful environment, all participants agree to:

    • Be respectful of others’ ideas, feedback, and creative work
    • Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
    • Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ work and discussions

    Failure to comply may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

     

    9. Technology & Participation Responsibility

    Participants are responsible for:

    • Bringing a functioning laptop/computer
    • Ensuring access to Canva and any required tools
    • Basic familiarity with technology used during the workshop

    Technical support is not guaranteed during sessions.

     

    10. Changes & Cancellations

    The facilitator reserves the right to:

    • Modify the schedule, format, or content as needed
    • Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

    If the workshop is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive:

    • A full refund OR
    • The option to transfer to a future session
     

    11. Agreement & Acknowledgment
